Terms

At Padstow Spirits we supply you, the customer, with wine and other alcoholic drinks. We aim, through our website to assist in that process by providing a secure means of browsing, selection and payment.

Prices, offers and details are as set out in our website and may be subject to change without notice. Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions and prices are correct.  All items are subject to availability at the time of ordering.

We aim to deliver local orders in Cornwall at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable between us to arrange delivery, you may request a refund and we will process this for you within 7 days of that request.

While our website monitors stock levels in real time, mistakes can happen and we will inform you of any shortages as soon as we are aware. If you are not happy with our suggested replacements in this instance, we shall refund the missing items within 7 days.

Deliveries must be made to addresses as specified by you (or on rearrangement with us, alternative addresses), and must be received in person by you, or someone you appoint to receive them, over the age of 18.

We currently deliver to mainland Cornwall and much of West Devon ourselves - and nationally via our couriers. Our website processes your delivery postcode in real time to ensure we have the correct address for delivery.

Our secure checkout takes payment for your order in real time with the methods specified. We are able to take cash on delivery but not via our website. Please contact us to arrange this.

Should you wish to cancel an order before it is delivered, please inform us immediately by phone or email. We shall refund any payment for cancelled orders within 7 days.

 You may also cancel an order within 7 days of receiving it. This is your cooling-off period. Please contact us by phone or email in this instance. We will collect the order by arrangement with you and refund your payment within 30 days. Please keep all the packaging and return the order in the condition it was delivered. We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of collection.

 No orders are on a sale-or-return basis unless expressly agreed by us by email or by post. However, if after 7 days you wish to return remaining stocks you have of a product you don’t like, we shall do our best to work out a solution that works for us all.

Should you have a complaint, please contact us immediately. We aim to resolve complaints immediately, but in the event that this is not possible, we shall respond within 7 days. If you believe you have faulty goods, please contact us immediately.

Gift cards

Gift cards apply to the order total, including tax and shipping. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining amount using a different payment or another gift card. If an order total is less than the gift card value, you can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays in the gray box and in the order receipt.

The prize consists of x1 70cl Original Padstow Gin. Prizes are not transferable. The winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the competition closing. The winner has 7 days to acknowledge receipt or they will forfeit the prize and another winner will be chosen at random. A entry is only counted if the form is filled out and submitted at padstowspirits.co.uk/win. You can unsubscribe to our newsletter at anytime. Your data will be stored securely and never be shared with third parties.
