A top choice for special occasions, this is a lovely, berry alternative to bucks fizz. This drink made with gin is quick and easy as far as cocktails go.

METHOD

We recommend freezing your sloe gin first to get the best results.
Add the gin to a Champagne flute and then top up with the Champagne.
