Knightor Dry Vermouth 37.5cl

This dry Cornish Vermouth adds a lovely fresh twist to the Padstow Martini. Wine, sugar, botanicals and spirit are combined to make this aromatic fortified wine.

Winemaker Notes: A delicate yellow colour, our dry vermouth is formed of 31 different herbs, spices and fruit. Intense rich warming nose reminiscent of cologne, bergamot, bitter orange rind and liquorice. Palate is dry, rich, masculine and robust with an underlying spicy bitterness.
