This sweeter, more fruity gin is based on our original dry Padstow Gin recipe made from Cornish barley, grown by the sea at Tregirls Farm in Padstow, infused with cranberry, orange zest and a rich combination of spice: cinnamon bark, cloves & star anise. It makes the most warming, fruity gin and tonic, as well as the most sumptuous Negroni. Batch #004 launched 16th November 2023.
